Rosetta Verbascum phoeniceum Perennial – Quart Pot – Ornamental Mullein

Beautiful, carmine-pink flower spikes bloom in late spring and early summer above basal rosettes of crimpled deep-green leaves. Excellent as a cut flower and for attracting butterflies. Removing spent flower spikes will encourage re-bloom.

Give this plant plenty of sunshine and well-drained soil, and it will return for a year or two. But if you let the final blooms remain on the plant until the petals blow away, it will re-seed itself magnificently, so your Verbascum garden increases with each passing season! A must-have for color lovers in every climate. Hardy to zone 5
