Dwarf Cider Apple ‘Improved Foxwhelp’

The Improved Foxwhelp is a traditional English cider apple variety, valued for its ability to produce a strong, full-bodied cider with high acidity and rich tannins. Originating from the historic Foxwhelp apple, this improved version offers enhanced disease resistance and a more reliable harvest. The apples are small to medium-sized with a red and yellow flush, often featuring a russeted appearance.

The Dwarf Improved Foxwhelp variety is perfect for smaller orchards or gardens, providing all the benefits of the standard tree but in a more compact form. Despite its size, it remains highly productive, producing a heavy crop of apples in mid to late autumn.
