Dwarf Mandarin ‘Pixie’ (QLD Only)

Pixie Mandarin fruit tree is a compact and vigorous tree, reaching about 2-3 metres in height, making it an excellent choice for small gardens or containers. The Pixie Mandarin is prized for its exceptionally sweet, seedless fruit, which is easy to peel and perfect for fresh eating or juicing. This tree thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, with moderate watering and a balanced fertiliser in the growing season to promote abundant fruiting. Flowering in spring with fragrant blossoms, the fruit ripens in late winter to early spring, offering a delicious citrus crop when many other fruits are out of season. Minimal pruning is required, but removing any dead wood or shaping after harvest can enhance growth. Pixie Mandarin trees are an excellent addition to home gardens, providing a steady supply of sweet, flavourful mandarins year after year.
