Frequently Asked Questions

What are the 8 spray patterns on the Hozelock Multi Plus?
The eight patterns are: cone spray (general watering), powerful jet (cleaning hard surfaces), fast fill (filling buckets or pots quickly), metal rose (gentle watering for plants), flat spray (rinsing cars or large surfaces), fine mist (seedlings and delicate plants), aerated spray (soft, gentle flow), and centre flow (targeted stream for cleaning). Each pattern is selected by rotating the nozzle head.

Is the Hozelock Multi Plus compatible with my existing hose?
Yes, provided you are using the Hozelock click-fit connector system. The Multi Plus accepts a standard Hozelock male connector, which fits any Hozelock hose fitted with a female end connector. If your hose uses a different fitting system, a Hozelock adapter connector may be required.

Can I lock the trigger so I do not have to keep squeezing?
Yes. The Multi Plus has a built-in lock position that holds the trigger open, allowing continuous water flow without gripping the trigger useful for longer watering sessions or when filling large containers.

How do I control the water flow?
The trigger features variable flow control the harder you squeeze, the more water you get. Combined with the lock function, this gives you precise control over water delivery for every task, from a gentle trickle for seedlings to full pressure for cleaning.

Is the metal body suitable for outdoor storage?
The metal body is designed for regular garden use, but Hozelock recommend storing all watering equipment in a frost-free location over winter to prolong the product’s lifespan and prevent damage from freezing temperatures.
