Laced Up Elderberry – 4″ pot – Sambucus – Proven Winners

If Dr. Seuss were a plant breeder, this is what he’d create!
You’ve never seen an elderberry like Strait-Laced before: it combines a striking fastigiate habit with lacy, near-black foliage. The effect is something like a flock of birds taking flight. Pink flowers in early summer turn to black fruit if a pollinator (like Black Lace or Black Beauty elderberry) is planted nearby.
