Wasabi ‘Mikado’ (Wasabia japonica)

Wasabi ‘Mikado’ (Wasabia japonica) is a prized Japanese herb grown for its distinctive, spicy rhizomes, traditionally grated and served with sushi and sashimi. It features lush, heart-shaped green leaves and prefers cool, moist conditions with filtered light or partial shade. Keep the soil consistently moist but well-drained. Height: approximately 3050 cm, with a similar spread.
